RESERVATION PROCEDURE:
If you want to make a reservation with us, you’ll need to make a bank transfer of around 50% from the daily rate. The other 50% will be paid when you arrive at the lodge. The reservation will be effected by the confirmation of the payment (50%) sent by fax or e-mail. * REGULATION TO REFUND YOUR MONEY WHEN CANCELLING THE RESERVATION:
* Your money will be refunded if you advise us 30 days before your planned arrival.
* You will not be refunded if these terms are not respected.
* If you don’t arrive at the planned day, the money won’t be refunded either.
* You will however be able to arrange a substitution for another person.
