How to get there

By bus or plane:

When arriving at the bus station or the airport of Porto Seguro, which are close one to the other, you can take a direct taxi straight to Trancoso. You can also chose to go to the Balsa by using public transport, and crossing the river Buranhém with a ferry. There you´ll be taking a bus (Viação Águia Azul-see table below) or vans, which will take you safely to Trancoso.
If you´re coming first through Eunápolis you don´t need to go to Porto Seguro; There are direct buses to Trancoso (Viação Águia Azul-see table below).
The bus stop is in front of the School Elba Ramalho (Principal street). You´ll get to the Lodge by taking the street in front of this school. (see sign boards on the road).

By car:

Arriving at the town called Eunápolis (Br 101) you´ll take the Br 367 (Eunápolis x Porto Seguro) after 30 km you´ll have to take the Ba 001 (at your right) direction to Trancoso. Once there you´ll see sign boards indicating the location of the Lodge, starting at the Praça da Independência (in the centre).
